Eligibility

Players MUST be eighteen (18) years of age or younger on the final day of each respective National Championship to be eligible to earn an exemption. A player that will become 19 years of age prior to the end of his or her respective National Championship  (Boys and Girls: July 31-August 3, 2025) will not be allowed to compete.

Players must be amateurs as defined by the USGA and must NOT be full-time college students. A player who has begun his or her collegiate career is NOT eligible.

Players under 16 years of age who wish to qualify for the National Championship must register in the oldest (16-18) age division and play from the same tees as the oldest (16-18) division.

Open to players who have permanent residence within the boundaries of the Pacific Northwest PGA Section prior to March 26, 2025 and maintain such residence through the Section Championship (June 1-2).  Players establishing permanent residency after March 26 may appeal for entry to the Pacific Northwest PGA Section.

Entry Priority/Field Size

Entry Priority is based on receipt of a complete, eligible entry.

Tournament Format

An 18-hole stroke play competition based on the lowest gross scores. The age divisions are:

• 16-18
• 13-15
• 12 & Under

Distance measuring devices are allowed while caddies are NOT allowed.

The Champion (plus runner-up) will represent the Pacific Northwest Section in the National Junior PGA Championship. Section Champions are identified based on the lowest gross score in the 16-18 age division. 

Cancellation Policy:

Entries that cancel prior to entry deadline will receive a refund of entry fee minus cancellation fees of $25.  Entries that cancel after entry deadline, but before groupings will receive a refund of entry fee minus $50 cancellation fees.

Please note that once groupings have posted we can not refund your entry.  There will be $0 refund.
